We are a locally owned rental company with residential units in Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Friendship, Highland Park, Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, East Liberty, South Side, Oakland, Aspinwall, Point Breeze, Edgewood, Swissvale, Penn Hills, Beacon Hill, and Braddock.  Our successful business model is to provide the best apartments with the best service. Our tenants enjoy renovated, comfortable spaces with access to a friendly office staff, professional maintenance team, and knowledgeable leasing consultants.  Our online tenant portal makes it easy to view your lease, pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with management.  

All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum.  We require up to date rabies vaccination records (and licenses for dogs) before they can enter the property, but we don't require additional rent or deposits for pets.  There are no breed or weight restrictions.  However, all of our tenants are required to carry renter's insurance, so your agent will need to be aware of any animals in your home. 

Our places typically rent from summer to summer.  However, we often have apartments available in other seasons when new properties finish renovation or existing tenants move.  We know situations change unexpectedly in life, so we allow our tenants to find approved renters to sublet or take over their leases at any time.
