This 3 bedroom unit is entire second floor of a triplex. It features central air, a new kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counter-top's, as well as a beautiful ceramic tiled bath, spacious bedrooms with hardwood floors and ceiling fans, private laundry in the unit, lots of new windows, and a deck in the back on the same level.
