There is central ac, private laundry in the unit and California closets. One off street parking spot is included in the rent. This unit also has a small deck. Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash.
This complex at 5511, 5515, and 5519 Baum Blvd. is only blocks from lots of shops and restaurants including Market District, Giant Eagle-Shadyside, Aldi, Rite Aid, Crazy Mocha, Wendy's, Panera and so much more. The busway to quickly get you downtown is only a 5 minute walk away. It used to be two large mansions side by side. Our company purchased them in 2012, renovated, and turned them into 27 apartments. We restored and saved a few things from the mansions, such as original wood work, wainscoting, and stained glass windows from the early 1900s. One assigned parking space is included for each apartment. Extra parking may be available for additional rent. Residents enjoy a shared patio space in the rear of the building with picnic tables. Tenants are welcome to put a grill and/or chairs in the patio, with the understanding that it is a common area. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
