It is less expensive than most of our 2 bedrooms because you need to walk through the middle bedroom to reach the back bedroom. The eat in kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, pantry, and ceramic backsplash. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric. It has electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be provided.

This 16 unit building is at the corner of North Negley Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. It is a short walk to the shops in East Liberty and Shadyside and the bus stop is across the street. There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
