The kitchen has ceramic tile, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with icemaker. Theres also a large living room with lots of natural light. The primary bedroom is the entire upper level and has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a private bathroom with full size tub. Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash.

This Point Breeze double duplex is located a block from Frick Park and the bus stop at Forbes & Braddock, and it's only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of Regent Square. The entire building was recently gutted and renovated featuring all new insulation, plumbing, windows, electric, and HVAC. Each apartment has a private deck, private laundry (not coin operated) and a storage room in the basement. There is one off street parking space in the rear for each apartment. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
