In case of emergency, you can also exit the unit from the back door that leads to the balcony. When you're on the balcony, the set of stairs that face the front of the building will take you all the way down to the street if need be. This is a 6 unit building which has been totally remodeled. It's located in the heart of Shadyside, a block from the shops and restaurants on Walnut Street. Parking is on street with a permit from the city. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
